ARDEM Data Entry Services successfully complete Rebate Data Entry for major fast food chain

Hillsborough, NJ July 21, 2009 - ARDEM is pleased to announce a successful completion of a large rebate form data entry service project. “Under very tight deadline requirements from our customer, a national fast food chain we rapidly ramped up to be able to provide data entry services and scanning services and process data from 100,000 + rebate data forms per day.”

For rebate data entry processing, data is very often collected on paper. Data entry from rebate coupons is required. Document processing which includes mail receipt, sorting coupons and document scanning may also be required. Data on rebate coupons needs to be shared, analyzed and acted upon.

Information which is machine typed in well laid out structured forms ( same information in same location) lends itself to optical character recognition (OCR) where data capture software can be utilized to capture the information from the incoming paper form.

However, much of the incoming information on rebate forms is not machine typed or in structured form; it may be handwritten. Or, the volume is not sufficiently large to justify an investment in capture software.

Data Entry of rebate forms then becomes the choice selection.
