ARDEM provides document scanning services to our Finance and Banking clients and can take these indexed digitized documents and make them easily accessible in a Financial Document Management solution for our clients.
Where Do We Need Financial Document Management
Vendor invoices, Procurement contracts, Financial Loan documents are often on paper. These financial documents need to be easily accessible to many people within the organization. Scanning of invoices and the ability to quickly search for and retrieve the scan images of invoices can be used to improve workflow and process transactions more efficiently. Procurement contracts are scanned and available to different parts of the organization.
How Do We Provide Financial Document Management Solution
You can either batch or send the vendor invoices or other financial documents to us, they can be mailed directly to our P.O. Box. We will scan these documents. We will index these documents based on the search fields that you identify for us. We have a secure web server where we can host these documents for you and we will give you access via username/ password to access, search for and retrieve the scan images of your documents using ARDEM QuickFind search application.
