| Survey Processing |
| ARDEM can print and mail out the surveys. The paper surveys are mailed back to us. We receive the mail and perform needed mail sorting and administration of survey receipt. We scan the surveys. We key the data from surveys, or, capture the data from the surveys. The survey output data files can be provided in range of file formats. Additional survey reports can be created. |

| Claims Processing |
| Claims can be mailed directly to ARDEM. We perform the mail sort and receipt. Claims are scanned. Data is keyed from claims. Scan images of claims along with data files can be transmitted to client. Alternately, workflow solutions which include the hosting of claims, the search and retrieval for claim processing can be provided. |
