You Design the Survey, Leave the Survey Processing to Us

Once you have designed the survey send us the PDF of the survey. We can help you format the survey; we can print the survey and mail it for you. We can receive the survey responses back at our P.O. Box, open the surveys and sort them as needed. We will then scan the surveys, and key the data from the surveys. We can code the survey entries and tabulate the final results for you. If you want, we can scan the surveys and give you a cross-reference to the scan digital version of the survey  in  your output data files.
