After scan conversion of your paper documents to digital electronic files, the documents are indexed and can be accessed using ARDEM QuickFind suite of search and retrieval Document Management applications.
 
ARDEM Document Management Services solution starts with incoming paper documents from the client. We scan these documents, check quality of scanned images, index or tag the documents based on search criteria defined with client and then make the database of scanned images and index data available to client, either on their network, or on a dedicated hosted ARDEM server, or on the Cloud.
 
ARDEM QuickFind enables your company to instantly access, from any internet connected work station, the exact scanned images of your filed documents. This eliminates the expensive retrieval costs of paper files from off-site storage companies and the lost production time waiting for the documents to arrive. Information and data are available immediately.
 
7 Steps to Creating a Digital "Smart Filing" Document Management System.
  1. Decide what documents/file cabinets you wish convert to digital files/digital file cabinets.
  2. We can pick up the documents or you can ship the documents to us..
  3. We scan the documents at our processing location.Documents are scanned to 200 dpi or 300 dpi TIF or PDF format.
  4. All the documents are indexed, or tagged by pre-defined indexing criteria.
  5. Database of all scan images and index files is created and uploaded to the hosting server.
  6. Client users are provided secure access to the ARDEM QuickFindsearch and retrieval Document Management system.
  7. Client users can access the scanned images by searching against any indexed criteria. Scan images can be accessed right at the client work station.
