Large volume data entry, data processing and data capture has progressed far beyond the mere keying and transposition of data from paper to the PC. Sufficient guards need to be built into the process, since the transposition bears in it the inherent risk of data errors.

DATA PROCESSING AND DATA CAPTURE PROCESS:

• Schematics are developed and reviewed, data entry output is defined and copies of source documents are examined.
• Programs using logic that checks key data fields are created to reduce incorrect key strokes in those predefined fields.
• A "Pilot" run establishes that the output format and data accuracy is as needed, per client specifications.

Document and Data Control:
Document and data access is controlled throughout the project. There is an audit trail for every process in the work flow.

Quality Control:
ARDEM utilizes a method of quality control designed to quickly identify and correct errors.
