Indexing is done from scanned digital images. Each image is retrieved and the critical fields are keyed for the image, or for the digital file. Validation rules for each field being indexed are pre-defined which assure that only correct index data is keyed. Further all indexing is double keyed to assure that you receive 100% accurate index.
